Tokyo Michelin One Star - Azure 45

To celebrate my husband's birthday, he told me to find a restaurant he wanted to go to.

(Come to think of it, it's my husband's birthday and I chose the restaurant. I'm sorry, my husband.)

So I chose the Ritz-Carlton Azure 45. I've been wanting to eat French for a long time.

It's been a while since I've eaten out, so I wanted to eat for a while.

 

 

 

Champagne had alcohol and non-alcohol, and we chose non-alcohol.

Non-alcoholic champagne as a base, choose between tangerine and lychee to make a cocktail.

We chose one tangerine and one lychee.

The tangerine was much more fragrant and suited my taste.

 

 

The first Amuse Bush was foie gras terrine. I don't like foie gras very much. (I don't eat a lot lol)

The yogurt powder was fresh and I was able to eat it without any objection.

 

 

The second Amuse Bush is the Parmesan Crispy Sandwich.

There are pumpkin seeds inside and I really enjoyed it because I like cheese.

It's not salty, it's light, and the texture was really good.

 

 

This is cold soup with watermelon. Cold soup in summer is also really good.

The long green thing you see over there is ice cream made of basil and cucumbers. 

The combination with the chewy ham in the middle was very good.

I endured it and ate it..^^

Fortunately, it wasn't fishy, ​​and I put fish roe on the chewy flounder.

Sesame seeds and shiitake mushrooms were added in the middle, so the texture was good and savory.

(My husband said it was delicious but I was actually no taste..)

 

 

13 kinds of vegetables

Since it is organic, the scent is very strong, so no sauce is needed.

The sauce was saffron sauce, and surprisingly it went really well with the cutlassfish.

It's really hard to see cutlassfish in Japan.

The compatibility with Zucchini is also good, so next time I find cutlassfish

I'll have to try it with the zucchini combination.

 

 

The second of the main dishes is Millefeuille made with wagyu beef.

When I see a chef for nothing, I feel that the food tastes better :)

 

The view of Tokyo Tower was also good.

I really liked that the food was clean and that a variety of ingredients were used.

It's been a while since I ate out, I think I was more satisfied than usual.
